Bath & Pool Towels, along with Linens for all beds, are provided for your convenience.

With a total of 5 beds, our accommodation can comfortably host a maximum of 9 guests, with additional provision for children in the fold-away cots.

Tucked away just an hour's drive from bustling Brisbane and an hour and a half from the golden shores of the Gold Coast, this enchanting abode offered a sanctuary from the everyday chaos, beckoning weary souls to escape into its embrace.

As the sun rose over the tranquil waters of Lake Moogerah, casting hues of orange and pink across the sky, guests at Moogerah Lake House #2 awoke to the promise of a day filled with adventure and relaxation. The air was crisp with the scent of eucalyptus, and the gentle rustle of leaves whispered secrets of the surrounding wilderness.

Step by step, guests ventured outside to discover a paradise awaiting them. A solar-heated pool shimmered in the morning light, inviting them to dip their toes into its refreshing waters. Nearby, a large heated spa promised to melt away any lingering tension, its soothing embrace a balm for the soul.

But the true heart of Moogerah Lake House #2 lay in its outdoor entertainment area, a sprawling oasis where dreams were woven into reality. A sunken poolside fire pit beckoned guests to gather 'round, sharing stories and laughter beneath the starlit sky. The aroma of barbecue wafted through the air, mingling with the sounds of joy and contentment.

As evening descended, guests retreated indoors to the comfort of their luxurious accommodations. Three bedrooms awaited them, each adorned with plush bedding and cozy furnishings. Main House Rates:

• Sunday - Thursday nights: $220 per night

• Friday & Saturday nights: $990 per night

• Cleaning fee: minimum $199

Pet-Friendly and Practicality:

• Outdoor pet-friendly environment with shade and glass fenced.

• Ample parking on property and on the front footpath Boats can park up the street also as we own most of the street.

Important Stay Information:

• Minimum 2-night stay is our standard practice.

• Minimum 3-night stay if checking in on a Thursday.

• Minimum 4-night stay if checking in on a Saturday or Sunday.

Check-in/out:

• Check-in: 3:00pm

• Check-out: 10:00am

Late Check-out Fee:

Guests not vacating the property by 10 am (unless arranged beforehand) will incur

a $100 fee. If the property is not vacated 3 hours after the check-out time, another night's stay will be charged.

Booking Policies:

• We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance.

• Bookings made 12+ months in advance may attract a surcharge.

• Prices are subject to change at the owners discretion.

Holiday Season & Special Dates:

• Rates and minimum night requirements vary for Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Public Holidays.

• A 7-night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Year's in set date blocks.

Third-Party Booking Sites:

Fees may vary on third-party booking sites. It’s always cheaper dealing directly with us.

Important Note:

No caravans, camper trailers, or tents larger than a 2-man tent for children are permitted on our properties.
